I am a graduate of the Developing Doulas course (2019) and a proud member of Doula UK and Cambs Doulas. As the creator of Birth Prep In A Box, a unique antenatal toolkit used by birth workers across the UK, I incorporate its practical and evidence-based techniques into my work to help families prepare for birth with confidence and clarity.
Based in the Fenland town of Ramsey, I offer unlimited antenatal visits as part of my birth doula packages, ensuring we have the time to explore your needs, preferences, and questions in depth. Being centrally located in Cambridgeshire allows me to support families across the county and beyond, including Norfolk, Lincolnshire, and Bedfordshire.
What can a Doula do for me?
Pregnancy and birth can be an intense time, filled with a steep learning curve as you discover so much about your baby, yourself, and your partner. I love being your sounding board—someone you can lean on for a yell, a cuddle, or simply to process your thoughts. Think of me as your guide to navigating the overwhelming world of parenting knowledge, helping you filter the information and find what truly matters to you.
I won’t bound in to “fix” things for you; my role is to support you as you plan for your birth, your way. I’m here to help your partner discover their unique role in the birth experience and to support them as they support you.

Low Cost Doula Support - £950
I feel that it is important to acknowledge that some families are looking for a little more than an antenatal/Hypnobirthing teacher and a little less than a full birth doula (and perhaps some are looking for a birth doula but have a smaller budget in mind) - that’s where this package comes in.
This 'doula without the cherry' package to my offerings - I believe that my antenatal support/offerings are the core of what I have to offer, they are what brings the most value to you as a family preparing for birth - they are the flour, the butter, the eggs and the sugar in your cake. With measured care, attention and nurturing these ingredients will make a mighty fine cake, no cherry.
For some, when done properly antenatal doula-ing will leave both you AND your birth partner with all the tools you need to have a splendid birth.
This is why I believe that having me there at your birth is there cherry on the cake. A lot of people want or need the cherry, and that is just perfect.
But for some, a delicious cake will do just nicely.

I believe in offering women and birthing people, their partner and their families informational, emotional and practical support during their journey through their pregnancy and well into parenthood should they want me to.
My aim is to travel with you along the way, signposting you to information and services in your area whilst being you and your family’s emotional and often physical support too, the whole way.
Birth Pool and The Birth Sling hire is also included for every one of my clients if they want it.
Antenatal Preparation & Hypnobirthing
I offer bespoke Birth Prep & Hypnobirthing, included as standard all of my packages. You will both have the opportunity to learn about the physiology of birth and importantly your rights and the choices available to you is incredibly important in this time.
I also believe in the power of the mind body connection which is truly enhanced to it’s best with Hynobirthing techniques.

Birth Photography
I believe in the power of preparation first and foremost, but I also believe in the power of reflection. Birth photography is not only a memory box for your and your family, it is also a very powerful reflection tool. All images are date and time stamped to help you tread your way back through your story when you are ready.
- Please note I do not use a flash for birth photography, I believe this is important.
Osteopathy
An initial consultation/treatment with Jenna Dockerill at The Waterside Practice is also included in this enhanced package - you have the option to choose whether to book this appointment antenatally, postnatally for yourself or postnatally for baby.
Postnatal Support
I will visit you after the baby is born not once but twice with this package. I will look forward to properly meeting your baby and talking through your birth experience with you over a cup of tea.
I will also be available during the weeks after the birth for Whatsapp support - Whether you need some practical baby care tips or an open, listening ear, I will be there for both you and your partner.
